The DF380 microwave sensor is a Ka-band Doppler transceiver in the DF-series. It consists of a DR-stabilized oscillator, single balanced mixers and bi-static microstrip patch antenna arrays. Integrated with cutting-edge Ka-band low noise amplifiers (LNA), the DF380 transceiver is cost effective for long range speed detection. It is suitable for applications in long range speed measurement and traffic enforcement.
